The principal of Style by Julie is a business professional with 20 years of experience in devising marketing and business strategy, driving sales growth and building awareness of brands across industries including luxury goods, fast moving consumer goods and pharmaceutical.

 

More recently she has gained exposure in the corporate sector, specifically in the resources industry and recently been approached to take on a General Manager role in resources company. Julie has also consulted on marketing and sales direction in the digital space and in the corporate space.

Furthermore, following constant praise around her sense of style, Julie is endeavouring to assist others in reaching their style objectives, with the strong belief that an understanding of style leads to greater success and fulfilment in life.

Julie was once advised by a senior HR director in a large multinational that she changed the way that women dressed in the company in which she worked. It is often suggested that she belongs in the fashion industry and that she sets trends which others emulate.

Julie is passionate about style and friends have said over the years that she has a unique way in which to coordinate a look. She has studied colour and design. Furthermore, she has developed packaging in conjunction with designers, selecting colours and briefing on concept and appearance. She has also been responsible for selecting the colours and fragrances of products which have been launched into global markets.

Julie’s personal style has been described as ‘elegant edgy’.  She has a belief that style does not just apply to attire, but impacts one's entire life.
